About Lauren

Hi, I'm here to help you reclaim your strength and confidence after 50. With a Master's degree in Exercise Science and certifications as both a menopause coach and flexologist, I bring both scientific knowledge and specialized expertise to every program.

As a mother of three who has navigated my own physical challenges including three knee surgeries, I truly understand the obstacles we face as we age. I've been where you are, and I know that with the right approach, we can not only overcome these challenges but thrive.

During my last knee surgery, I was going through menopause and gained a lot of weight. It was one of the most challenging times of my life. But I made a commitment to myself - consistent strength training combined with cardio three days a week. The result? I lost 50 pounds and discovered a strength I never knew I had.
