About Lauren
Hi, I'm here to help you reclaim your strength and confidence after 50. With a Master's degree in Exercise Science and certifications as both a menopause coach and flexologist, I bring both scientific knowledge and specialized expertise to every program.
For years, I thought feeling exhausted, gaining weight, and struggling in my body was just part of getting older.
After having my third child, I developed an autoimmune condition. Later, while navigating menopause and recovering from my third knee surgery, I gained 50 pounds and barely recognized myself. My energy disappeared, my joints hurt constantly, and for the first time in my life, my bloodwork showed high cholesterol.
As a busy mom of three working long hours, I felt overwhelmed, uncomfortable in my own skin, and frustrated that nothing seemed to work anymore.
But I realized something important:
women over 50 are not broken — we just need a different approach.
Instead of extreme dieting or punishing cardio, I focused on rebuilding strength, supporting my metabolism, and creating sustainable habits that fit real life.
Through consistent strength training and simple cardio, I lost 50 pounds, regained my confidence, and became stronger than I had been in years.
