About Lauren

Hi, I'm here to help you reclaim your strength and confidence after 50. With a Master's degree in Exercise Science and certifications as both a menopause coach and flexologist, I bring both scientific knowledge and specialized expertise to every program.

As a mother of three who has navigated my own physical challenges including three knee surgeries, I truly understand the obstacles we face as we age. I've been where you are, and I know that with the right approach, we can not only overcome these challenges but thrive.

During my last knee surgery, I was going through menopause and gained a lot of weight. It was one of the most challenging times of my life. But I made a commitment to myself - consistent strength training combined with cardio three days a week. The result? I lost 50 pounds and discovered a strength I never knew I had

 

My programs are designed specifically for women over 50, focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility while honoring the changes our bodies go through during menopause and beyond. No extreme routines - just sustainable, science-backed solutions that work with your real life.
