Free 7 Day Beginner Balance _ Strength Starter Program

Welcome! This free 7-day program is designed to help you move safely, stay strong, and improve your balance. With short, easy-to-follow workouts, you’ll build strength, improve stability, and increase mobility — all at your own pace. This program is perfect whether you’re just getting started or getting back into a routine. 

1:1 Online Coaching

If you feel like your body has changed faster than you expected—more weight around your midsection, less energy, more stiffness, and simple movements feeling harder than they should—you’re not alone. A lot of women over 50 find themselves in this exact place: knowing they should be doing something, but stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping, unsure what actually works for their body now.

My 1:1 coaching is designed specifically for you if you feel out of shape, tired, and disconnected from your body—but want a clear, realistic way to turn that around.

This isn’t about extreme workouts, cutting out everything you enjoy, or trying to keep up with programs that were never built for you in the first place. You won’t have to give up your wine, eliminate sweets, or spend hours in the gym. Instead, we focus on a simple, structured strength-based approach that helps you rebuild muscle, improve mobility, and reduce body fat—especially around the midsection—in a way that actually fits your life.

Together, we work on getting your body strong and capable again so everyday things feel easy—getting up from the floor, standing up from a chair, walking without stiffness or fatigue. As your body changes, so does how you feel: more energy, less joint discomfort, and a growing sense of confidence and control.

But just as important, we quiet the constant mental noise. That voice telling you that you need to lose weight, that it’s too late, or that you’ll never stick with it or stay consistent—because you finally have a system that works and something you can follow through on.
